Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 egg whites
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    graham crackers
    butter
    cherry pie filling (if desired)
    2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Use a round 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Beat 4 egg whites until stiff.
    Gradually blend in 1 cup sugar.
    Set aside.
    Then mix cream cheese with 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
    Mix this with egg whites and blend.
    Pour into pan that you have prepared a graham cracker crust.
    You can put cherry filling on crust, if you wish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
