Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Beat egg whites to froth.
Add cream of tartar.
Beat until stiff and slowly add sugar until dissolved.
Fold in walnuts. Butter or grease pie plate and pour in meringue.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool.
