Pizzelles (Vanilla) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. butter (margarine)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar gradually and beat until smooth. Add cooled butter and flavoring. Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture. Mix well. (Dough will be sticky.) Bake in pizzelle iron 30 to 35 seconds.
