Squash Casserole 5 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked squash
    1 large onion, cooked
    grated cheese
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    12 saltine crackers (2-inch square)
Preparation
    Mash squash and onion and place in rectangular casserole.
    Mix broken crackers and soup and pour over squash mixture.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Put in cold oven and turn heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is brown.
    Serves 8.
