Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and slice mushrooms.
    Put in pan.
    Add vinegar, salt and boil 10 minutes.
    Drain and add oil and seasoning.
    Refrigerate.
