Ingredients

1 qt. milk
6 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well with eggbeater or mixer.
Heat flat, well seasoned griddle over medium-high heat.
Pour about 1 soup ladle full of batter onto hot griddle.
Run batter over entire surface of griddle by carefully tipping griddle.
When pancake surface is shiny, carefully lift to check for doneness and flip with a large turner.
Done when lightly browned on both sides. Serve with warmed syrup or powdered sugar and lemon wedges. Serves 6 to 8.
