Company Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, boiled with peeling on
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. minced dehydrated onion
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together sour cream, chicken soup and onion. Put layer of thinly sliced potatoes in bottom of large casserole dish. Spread with some of the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a layer of cheese. Repeat layers until all is used. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
