Oatmeal Coconut Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened margarine
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. uncooked regular oats
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, blending well.
    Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
    Stir in vanilla, coconut and oats. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove to wire rack immediately.
    Yield:
    5 dozen.
