Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 Tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (but save)
1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Stir in brown sugar.
Top with crushed pineapple.
Use your favorite yellow cake mix. Follow box directions.
Use pineapple juice as part of the liquid in cake.
Bake according to box directions.
When done, flip cake out on tray.
