M&M's
small round cookies (chocolate or vanilla wafers)
small plastic dishes

Preparation

Using instant chocolate icing, \"glue\" 3/4 of a round chocolate waver onto a chocolate covered marshmallow cookie.
This makes the fan tail.
Next, glue a candy corn to the opposite side, making the head.
Easy to make and kids have fun with them!
