Baked Sliced Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Wash and slice unpeeled potatoes.
    Place overlapping slices in buttered oven to table 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix oil and butter.
    Brush slices with mixture.
    Pour remaining over potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and thyme.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are done and browned at the edges.
