S.U.N.Y. Girl'S Real Buffalo Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

24 chicken wings, split at the joint
8 c. vegetable oil for deep frying
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
1/4 c. and 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce*
Preparation

*Frank's Louisiana Hot; I actually use a lot more pepper sauce, but we like them HOT; adjust sauce to your taste.
