Nutty Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 can crushed pineapple (1 lb. 14 oz.)
3 bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Combine gelatin and boiling water.
Fold in the strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
Put half of mixture into a dish or mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
Spread the sour cream over the mixture, then spread rest of gelatin mixture over the sour cream (leave the second half at room temperature so will spread easier). Refrigerate until firm.
