Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Burgundy or red cooking wine
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and bake in covered casserole dish for 4 to 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Add mushrooms last hour. Serve over rice.
