Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 tsp. honey
4 pork loin chops
Preparation

In small bowl, stir together mustard, oil and honey; set aside.
Place chops on rack of broiler pan.
Broil 4 inches from heat source for 8 minutes.
Brush with half the sauce.
Broil 2 minutes longer.
Turn chops and broil 8 minutes.
Brush with remaining sauce.
Broil 3 to 5 minutes longer or until tender and browned.
Serves 4.
