Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mixed vegetables
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, diced
4 oz mild Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix together in baking dish the vegetables, mayonnaise and onion.
Top that with 3 ounces (save 1 ounce for top) mild Cheddar cheese.
Then spread crackers over that and finish with remainder of the cheese for the topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown.
