Garden Yellow Squash Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium yellow squash, sliced (1 1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. julienne green pepper
1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar (don't substitute)
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. canola oil
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation

Combine squash, green onion, green pepper and celery in large bowl.
Toss lightly.
Combine wine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, canola oil, cider vinegar and garlic.
Mix well and spoon over vegetables.
Chill about 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
Drain and serve.
Serves 10 to 12.
