2 Hour Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes or pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Use a good size bowl.
    Beat the first 4 ingredients with egg beater until mixture is foaming, then add the salad oil, salt and flour.
    Knead enough to blend well.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Make into buns; let rise again.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in hot oven at 375\u00b0.
