Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 1/2 c. fresh corn kernels (about 8 ears)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, pour in milk and cornstarch; mix well.
    Add margarine, corn and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, 10 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
