Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. jumbo shells
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. frozen spinach
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
Preparation
    Boil shells until tender; rinse and cool so you can handle. Cook meat until brown.
    Remove excess oil.
    Thaw spinach.
    Mix all ingredients together.
