Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shrimp
3 medium onions
2 beef bouillon
2 chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. celery seed
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. water
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 c. water
Creole seasoning to taste
garlic to taste
parsley to taste
hot sauce to taste
Preparation
-
Brown onions in oil. Add Creole seasoning, garlic, celery seed, bouillon cubes, shrimp and 2 cups of water.
Cook until shrimp is done.
Add parsley and hot sauce, cook for 10 minutes.
