Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) plain low-fat yogurt
4 tsp. honey (more if desired)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 c. white raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. apples, diced (Red or Golden Delicious)
4 chicken breast halves (skinless and boneless), cooked and cut into bite-size cubes
Preparation

Combine chicken, apples, celery, walnuts and raisins in a bowl. Toss and mix.
Mix yogurt with honey and drained crushed pineapple.
Stir yogurt mixture into chicken mixture and toss until well coated.
Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
Garnish with seedless white grapes or mandarin oranges.
This is better if eaten the day it is prepared.
