Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 to 1 c. instant rice
    1/2 onion
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Core a large head of cabbage and place in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Place a handful of mixture in each leaf and roll up and place in baking dish.
    Pour a No. 2 can of tomatoes over the top.
    Cook, uncovered, in a 450\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, then 1 1/2 hours, covered in 380\u00b0 oven.
