Chicken Italiano(Heart-Healthy Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken breast (2 whole breasts), boneless, skinless
    3 1/2 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes with juice and 1/2 c. water or 3 or 4 ripe fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    1 bay leaf
    pinch of salt
