Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. onions, cut in rings
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Crush crackers; add melted margarine and press to bottom of pie pan.
    Saute onions and put over crust.
    Mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over onions.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 40 minutes.
