Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    8 slices bacon
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. relish
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets.
    Peel, dice and keep warm.
    Fry bacon crisp, drain and crumble.
    Fry onion in drippings.
    Mix soup, milk, vinegar and relish.
    Heat to boiling.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle top with bacon and eggs.
