Hurry-Up Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, sliced
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. water
    1 can bean sprouts
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Pour off drippings.
    Add onion, celery and water.
    Cover tightly and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
    Add bean sprouts.
