Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed bananas
4 eggs
2 3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. cold water
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Blend sugar, oil, eggs and water. Add bananas.
Add all dry ingredients.
Fold in nuts.
Pour in a
large baking pan, 16 x 10 x 2-inch, and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes and then at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until baked.
