Hot Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 6 oz. whole grain corn, drained
    6 to 8 jalapeno peppers, chopped and small amount juice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until browned.
