Noodle Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fine noodles
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 cans chicken broth (reduced salt)
    2 cans onion soup
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    6 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 small cans water chestnuts
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan.
    Add noodles (uncooked). Stir until brown.
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Add noodles.
    Put in a large 3-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
