Crabmeat Mornay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. breakfast cream
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. sherry wine
    red pepper to taste
    salt
    1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute onions.
    Blend flour, cream and cheese until melted.
    Add other ingredients. Gently fold in crabmeat.
