Cherry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cherry preserves
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Spread preserves in bottom of pan.
    In small bowl, stir together raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
    Spread batter evenly over preserves. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixture.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
