Bitsu - Bitsu - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potato, grated
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
oil for frying

Preparation

Wash, peel and grate sweet potato.
Add flour and sugar. Shape into patties.
Pan-fry until golden brown.
Serves 6.
