Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. diet jello (strawberry)
    1 (8 oz.) carton small curd low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bring to a boil, pineapple and sugar, then add jello.
    Let set to thicken.
    Then add cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
    Mix together and let set in fridge.
