Cocoa Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. dry milk powder
1 c. dairy creamer (Cremora)

Preparation

Mix all together.
Store in a tight container.
Mix 1 cup hot water to 1/4 cup of mix.
Makes about 30 cups.
