Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. (16 oz.) cooked zucchini
    2/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. walnuts
    2/3 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. orange peel, grated
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except walnuts and raisins. Add them last and gently mix with spoon.
    Divide into 3 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Can be wrapped in freezer paper and frozen until needed.
