Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage *
    1/2 large onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (heaping)
    1/3 c. bread and butter pickles
    2 medium tomatoes
    1/2 large green pepper
    2 Tbsp. pickle juice
Preparation
    *Can use bacon, Polish or Italian sausage instead of regular sausage.
