Banana-Nut Bread(Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. deluxe white cake mix
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. mashed bananas (approximately 4 to 5)
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend all ingredients except nuts in a large mixer bowl, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in nuts.
Makes 1 big loaf or five 1 pound pans.
Bake 35 minutes. Test with toothpick.
Let cool 15 minutes.
Remove from pan.
