Mexicali Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can whole, peeled tomatoes
1 egg
milk
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can chili with beans
Preparation

Mix chili, drained corn and cut up tomatoes in a bowl. Combine muffin mix according to directions on the box.
In a baking dish, put ingredients in the center and put muffin mix completely around the outside of the ingredients (along the baking dish).
Bake according to the directions for the muffin mix.
