Chili Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can whole corn
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
Preparation
    Mix all together until moist (do not overmix).
    In a greased pan, fill 2/3 full with mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 18 to 20 muffins.
