May To September Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pasta (any style)
    6 medium fresh tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. basil leaves
    2 tsp. garlic (fresh), minced
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. olive oil
    pepper and salt to taste
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta, drain and rinse with hot water.
    Cut tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese into bite-size pieces.
    Chop basil leaves.
    When pasta is ready, in large bowl toss pasta, tomatoes, Mozzarella and basil.
    In measuring cup, mix olive oil and garlic.
    Pour over pasta and toss.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    May be served hot or cold.
