Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can English peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can slivered almonds, toasted
1 (4 oz.) can pimentos, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation

Brown mushrooms and pimentos in butter.
Toast almonds at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
Layer peas, soup, almonds, pimentos and mushrooms.
Repeat.
Top with dots of butter or may use cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0
until bubbly.
Serves 6 to 8.
