Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    chicken stock to moisten
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove stems. Chop and saute in butter with onion.
    Add other ingredients except mushroom caps.
    Cool mixture.
    Fill caps and cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Vary by adding chopped ham, chicken, celery, cheese, etc.
