Cranberry Harvest Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 lb. fresh or frozen cranberries, partially thawed
1 medium unpeeled orange, cut in fourths and seeded
1 tart apple, seeded and chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Boil 1 cup water; remove from heat. Add jello and sugar and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice and remaining water. Chill while preparing cranberries. In blender, chop cranberries and orange, a small amount at a time. Place in large bowl. Stir in apple, celery, nuts and jello mixture; chill until set.
