Ingredients

1 can pineapple chunks
2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can small whole beets
Preparation

Drain pineapple chunks and use pineapple juice, cornstarch, vinegar and salt; cook and add pineapple chunks and drained beets. Simmer about 20 minutes.
