Medley Of Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced onion
    2 c. (2-inch) celery strips
    1 1/2 c. carrot strips
    2 c. cooked string beans
    3/4 c. green pepper strips
    2 c. tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in tightly covered 3-quart casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
