Ranchero Cornbake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
12 oz. corn with peppers, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1.2 oz. Ranch with bacon dressing mix
1/3 c. melted oleo
16 oz. cream-style corn
4 oz. mushroom pieces, drained
Preparation

Combine muffin mix and dressing mix.
Stir in eggs, butter and sour cream until moistened.
Add everything else except cheese, stirring until combined.
Pour into a 9-inch dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
