Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (homemade or purchased)
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 c. cooked, chopped spinach, well drained
    2 Tbsp. minced onions, sauteed in 1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Prick bottom dough all over with fork and bake in 425\u00b0 (preheated) oven for 10 minutes.
    Combine the eggs, milk, salt, nutmeg and pepper in a bowl and beat to mix thoroughly.
    Mix in cooked spinach and the onion butter mixture.
    Sprinkle the cheese over the partially baked pie shell.
    Ladle the spinach custard mixture over the cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
