Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of Worcestershire
    1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
    chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all except walnuts and parsley.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll mixture in walnuts and parsley; shape as desired.
    Delicious served with crackers.
