Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 (6 oz. each) pkg. frozen coconut
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    9 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Make cake as directed on box, adding vanilla and coconut, except for 1/2 cup.
    Bake in greased, floured, 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
